Live music gigs are really taking off at Upstairs at Judge Roy Beans in the coming weeks with some fantastic acts on stage.
The current capacity is limited to 100 (four people at each of the 25 candlelit tables), which creates a very intimate and atmospheric setting.
And the big news that emerged this week is that the best singer-songwriter Damien dempsey will be on stage on April 22 of next year.
Commercial supergroup KILA will be on stage this Saturday night and a few remaining tickets are still available.
Garth Brooks is in the news again with potential Croke Park gigs – but here’s your chance to hear all the hits with the tribute band – Friends in the Low Places – Garth Brooks Show Saturday 23 October at 8:30 p.m.
A week later, The Kilkennies the band will be playing – Saturday October 30th.
The JRBs also organize a Comedy evening on November 13 with Savage Eye’s David McSavage headlining. David will be joined by Damo Clark during the night. The event will be hosted by Eddie Mullarkey.
All Beatles fans will be interested in the classic tribute act – The classic beatles – Saturday, November 27.
For Bon Jovi fans, the tribute band Slippery When Wet will be in the JRBs on Friday, December 11.
